We collect almost nothing.
BravoDev operates this site (appointme.dev). This summary covers the marketing site you're reading now — not the AppointMe product you self-host, which runs on your own infrastructure. We run no analytics, no ad trackers, and set no cookies of our own.
What we collect
If you join the PRO waitlist, we collect the email address you enter, plus an optional name, note, and the tier you picked. That's it. If you only browse the site, we don't ask you for anything — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (see below), and we don't try to identify you.
Why we collect it
The waitlist exists for one reason: to email you when the PRO version launches. The optional note and tier just help us understand what you're after so we can tailor that message. We don't sell your data, we don't share it for marketing, and we don't add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Who processes it
We don't run our own servers — we rely on a few well-known providers, each handling only what's needed for its job:
Cloudflare
Hosting, CDN & database.
- Serves the site and processes basic request data (e.g. IP address, server logs).
- Stores waitlist submissions in a Cloudflare database.
Resend
Email delivery.
- Sends us the notification when you join the waitlist.
- Handles the launch email we eventually send you.
Calendly
Only if you book a call.
- Powers the "Start a project" scheduling popup.
- Processes whatever you enter when booking, under Calendly's own privacy policy.
Google Fonts
Typography.
- Fonts load from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Third-party embeds (the Calendly widget, Google Fonts) may set their own cookies or receive your IP when their content loads — that's governed by their respective privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email us. Joining the waitlist is the only way you'd give us personal data, and there's nothing to unsubscribe from: we email you once, when PRO launches, and you're welcome to ask us to remove you before then.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until the PRO version launches and we've notified you, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first.
